an exploration into my thoughts & mind.

i cannot stress how wonderful this weekend has been. first on friday night my cousins jessica, ryan, and i planned a surprise going away party for my brother joey & it was a major success !i was soo nervous the whole friday, trying not to make joey suspicious of anything, but i shall get into more details with tht when i post up pics frm his party. ;]

onto saturday !stress stress stress. i couldnt manage to find someone tht could accompany me to go watch his show with carmina and her little sister, until kuya huy !i took my sweet, sweet time getting ready cuz i was gna see my baby for his birthday & i wanted to look decent. XD hahaha !but upon arrival at speedzone, kuya huy, carmina, michi, and i went in through the doors and waited a while before roshon performed. we saw some familiar faces such as the host frm the shake it up show, cece’s little brother, some performer frm chicago aka chi-town city’s finest (soooo good), and the black guy frm victorious. 

i was soo excited to see roshon perform, he was killin it on stage !reale pumped up the crowd & i recognized one of his songs frm fpac. he changed a couple of times in some swagged out outfits. <3 i cnt believe he is soo multi-talented !on top of singing, acting, and dancing, he plays the piano, uke, and drums (tht ive seen). & i def. am thinking of buying his album. ;] at the very end, mannyonthestreets announced tht some of the proceeds were going to a hospital, which i thought was soo sweet !& lets not forget it was roshons 20th birthday !the whole audience sang to him as we watched him glowing on stage with his fired-up (literally) speed-zone decorated & tiered cake. he was soo happy. :]

then, after he performed, our group went to the merchandise table because we were told tht he would go there right after. a couple of mins. later, a swarm of girls came to the merch table and SERIOUSLY. there was some INTENSE pushing and shoving going on. cray cray to the max. O_O when roshon came, me, carmina, and michi were in the front, and all the other girls kept pushing and shoving, and security repeatedly told us to back up. so we did. very slowly. and then i get pushed like sooo far back !ughh. poor carmina was pushed and trampled to the ground cuz of those crazy females !goodness, glad shes okay though. <3

i talked to some roshon fans in line who werent crazy like the others, and they seemed real chill !think some of them were part of his street team. :] then, when it was finally my turn to take a picture with roshon and buy my poster, i was sooo happy he remembered me. my “hiiii roshon” was greeted with a surprised and happy-faced roshon who gave me a hug. :DD he said he was happy i could make it out there, called me baby somewhere in his conversation with me & i invited him to FRIENDSHIP GAMES at CSUF !he told me to tweet him like at least 3x to make sure he gets it, and dude….tht would be freakn amazing if he made it out there !we hugged again, and i greeted him a happy birthday then left. 

afterwards, the group went to cocary tht carmina recommended for us. nom nom !it was a great experience, ive never been to a kbbq restaurant tht had its customers get their dishes frm refrigerators. sooo good !& only $2.99 a plate !i was soo satisfied too !great deal.

so this weekend was perfect overall. got to spend it with friends and family tht i havent seen in a while. and then roshon !<3333 im happy now. :]
